A note on Centene

Sunshine Health and WellCare are Centene subsidiaries, and both are in network with our practice. Centene corporate plans themselves are not accepted. If your card carries one of those names, call us and we will confirm which plan you actually have.

If your plan is not on the list

Not being in network does not mean you cannot be seen by Dr. Manuel López, a board-certified pain management and rehabilitation physician. Costs vary, so please call(386) 222-7746 and our team will go over self-pay options with you directly.

What coverage actually means for your treatment

Being in network with your plan is not the same as your plan covering a particular procedure. Benefits differ from one policy to the next, and some treatments require prior authorization — so the honest answer to "is this covered?" always starts with your specific plan, not a general promise.
